The county health Rankings and Roadmaps website was the primary source for graphs on health outcomes within Butler County, Ohio. Therefore, the charts were not constructed independently but downloaded from the stated website. Currently, the leading health trends perceived as ideal for this evaluation are unemployment, premature deaths, sexually transmitted infections, children in poverty, the number of those uninsured, the number of primary care physicians, and deaths resulting from alcohol-impaired driving. The measures were selected based on their direct influence on community health outcomes and public health statistics. Primarily, the rationale for collecting this data is that it can be availed to the public through various State, County, and federal programs (Oldrey, 2018).
